Yes, our customers have 24-hour-a-day access to the facility so that you can get to your property at any time of day or night. Our facility is under surveillance and you’ll feel free to come here any time because it is also in a location that is safe, and easy to get to. We’ll talk to you about how you can easily come in and out while, at the same time, we take every measure possible to make sure your property is behind a locked gate and that you personally are safe at our facility. Our goal is to meet and know each of our customers and offer personal service beyond the average storage facility around this area.
The Patterson family has been in the storage business going on twenty years now. Although our place looks new, the well maintained Patterson’s Mini-Storage was built in 1998. The Pattersons recently opened another storage facility right next door, with the GREEN doors, called Patterson’s Self Storage. We have an array of storage options for you and when one of our facilities is full, we direct customers to the other, to assure that our neighbors in Waxhaw and surrounding areas are always taken care of by a member of the Patterson family. After almost two decades in the storage business, we consider ourselves your local authority on understanding storage needs in this community.
Come visit our facility! You’ll see that the storage units here are securely contained within a fenced and gated area. The entire site is under 24-hour surveillance. The owners are here almost all of the time. Come by and visit us and we’ll tell you more about the security measures we have in place. You’ll be responsible for making sure your items are insured and that you’re locking and maintaining the safety protocol on your end. We do all we can to keep our facility safe not only for your property but for you personally as you visit us.

Yes, both Patterson’s Self Storage and Patterson’s Mini Storage are owned by the Patterson family. The newer facility Patterson’s Self Storage has green doors. Patterson’s Mini Storage has blue doors on its units. If one of these facilities gets full we can refer customers to the other.
